How to Get to Tralles?
To get to the ancient city of Tralles, located within modern-day Aydın, Turkey, you can choose from several transportation options:
- By Air: The nearest major airport is Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB) in Izmir. From the airport, you can rent a car, take a shuttle bus, or catch a train to Aydın.
- By Car: If you are coming from Izmir, take the O-31/E87 highway towards Aydın. It is approximately 150 kilometers (93 miles) away. The journey should take around 1 hour and 45 minutes, depending on traffic. If you are coming from other nearby cities, like Kusadasi or Ephesus, follow the local highways that lead to Aydın.
